I enjoy working with bright, creative and competent entrepreneurs, professionals, executives and managers from a wide range of fields. They’ve all achieved some significant level of success in their work and personal lives. They’ve exhibited a commitment to lifelong learning and continue to be driven by deep curiosity and the desire to grow personally and professionally.

Are any of these statements true for you?

I’ve had an interesting and generally satisfying career but I’ve reached a point where I don’t know where to do next. I’ve got a strong feeling that I am capable of achieveing and contributing much more, but I’m not sure how or where. I only know that if I continue doing what I’ve been doing, in 5 or ten years I’ll probably resent the fact I had done more with my life and career. I feel like I still haven’t decided what I want to be when I grow up!

I’m well paid but it’s come at a price I’m no longer willing to pay. I’m feeling uninspired by my work and afraid it might lead to burnout. Most of all, I feel like I’m sacrificing too much time away from the people that mean the most to me. I’m working longer hours, earning more and feeling less fulfilled.

I’ve toyed around with the idea of going into business for myself. Time and time again I’ve put the idea on a back burner but I keep coming back to it. My family and friends generally encourage me, but the whole idea seems overwhelming and I’m not sure where to start.
